Owned by Mr. Abreham Mengister, Koke Shalye Station is located in Koke Kebele at 1,973 m.a.s.l. Shalye means “beautiful” in the local language. The station produces rare KURUME/74110 coffees using pure spring water. Its coffees have earned recognition and awards in competitions at various levels.


ANAERIS FERMENTATION

Our lot is processed using our proprietary Anaris Fermentation method, a controlled anaerobic fermentation process carried out in brewery grade stainless-steel tanks. Nitrogen is injected every six hours to maintain an oxygen free environment and promote consistent fermentation.
