GARGARI 1
Gargari Gutity
Gargari Gutiy is our own coffee station in Gutity, Gedeb,
Ethiopia, at 2,349 m.a.s.l. We produce washed and experimental
coffees from the KURUME/74110 variety, using water from the Gutity
River.
“Gargari Mene” means uniting and looking out for one
another. In 2026, our coffee achieved first place in the Taste of
Harvest competition.
Double stage Anaerobic Honey (DSAH)
The coffee undergoes anaerobic fermentation in a stainless-steel tank for 72 hours. It is then pulped without water and rested for 6 hours before a second sealed anaerobic fermentation for 116 hours. Finally, it is dried on raised African beds under shade.
